Such a wonderful time at the Singing News Talent Search 2025, met so many wonderful people, and heard absolutely breathtaking, uplifting music. As with the nature of competition, you win some and lose some, and all the amazing people, lessons, and overall experience of this event was such a blessing to me. Long ago, one of my beloved piano teachers told me simply entering a competition and going through the whole process of preparing and auditioning makes you a better musician, and I certainly agree! I’ll post soon on how to prep for the day of a competition and what that looks/feels like. Until then, here are some photos from the day!
