I’ve been following this competition for a few years now and finally decided to go for it! So here we go!

It’s round 1 of the 2026 You, God’s Music showcase, a competition helping local Christian artists to share their heart for worship with others, connect with other musicians, and fundraise for their own music ministry and a chosen charity! My chosen charity is Compassion International, where their motto is “Releasing children from poverty in Jesus’ name.” I’ll be talking more about my personal experience with this ministry and why I love it so much!

Much more details and updates will be posted here shortly, but quick run through- 4 rounds possible, combining Judges and popular vote to equal ONE ULTIMATE CHAMPION.

I love trying this because I have to step out of my comfort zone and talk to people about what I do in music and why I am following this call into worship ministry. Also, I’ll need to create events to help spread the word.

Call me a nerd, that’s ok, but I’ve been analyzing the past years of this show and checking the amount of votes needed GENERALLY for each round, and so I’ll start reaching out to the public for votes come Round 2 or 3, but between my close family and friends, Round 1 should be good (Find out if Natalie is good at strategy or should she just stick to music)
